She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Huitt and Elva Huitt (Sable); and her siblings, Betty and Kennith "Gene" Huitt (Norine). She is survived by: her husband John Kastner; her children, Katie Schnoor (Craig) of Maquoketa, IA and Cale Kastner (Anna) of Yale, IA; her brothers, Larry Huitt (Sandy) of Casa Grande and Gary Huitt (Surella) of Perry, IA; her siblings-in-law, Sharyn Kastner (Bill Bolton) of Arizona and Tim Kastner of Guthrie Center, IA; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Cody, Leah Kastner, Quinn and Avery Schnoor. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Twigg Funeral Home - Panora (219 E Main St, Panora, IA 50216). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
