He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Duis (Terri) of Des Moines and Kurt Duis (Mindy) of Panora; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Duis (Stephanie), Abbie Zager (Sam), Tucker Duis (Cara), Kooper Duis, Anna Heithoff (Chase), Drake Duis and Rachel Duis; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Gianna Zager, Flynn and Tatum Duis; and his brother Martin Duis (Shirley) of Spencer.
