He was predeceased by : his parents, William Kampman and Harmine Kampman (Planteur); his wife Esther Hermina Muller; his son William Kampman; his granddaughter Kristin Kampman; his great grandchild Simeon Kampman; and his siblings, Chris Kampman (Gerdena), Alma Meester (Jake), Johanna Boelman (George), Wilhemine Jungling (Ben), Mary Schipper (Steno), Clara Krusey (Roland), Alberta Schaap (Arnold) and Margaret Folkerts (Folkert).
He is survived by : his children, Barb Dennler (Ron) of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Robert Kampman (Dort) of Kesley and Marlin Kampman (Sharla) of Harvey, Iowa; his grandchildren, Andy Kampman (Jamie), Aaron Kampman (Linde), Curt Kampman (Abbie), Nathan Kampman (Cheri), Trish Van Dyke (Wade), Beth Rozendaal (James) and Kari Schorer (Tommy); and his sister Annie Allspach (Don). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Hope Reformed Church Missions, Lakeview Camp in Pella or Samaritan's Purse.
