It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Ann Tapper of Parkersburg, Iowa, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Wayne and Theola Geraldine Scott (Lint). She is survived by : her husband Vernon Dale Tapper of Parkersburg; her daughters, Lisa Dodgen (Joel) of Humboldt and Laura Holtman (Kyle) of Ankeny, Iowa; her grandchildren, Otto, Imogene Dodgen, Dylan and Rhys Holtman; her brothers, Jim Scott (Rita) of Central City, Jerry Scott (Jerilyn) of Marion and John Scott (Deb) of Marion; and her brothers-in-law, Gary Tapper (Barbara) of Grinnell and Gaylen Tapper of Portland, Oregon..
