He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Cullison and Marlys Cullison (Brown); his son Jon; and his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Einerwold. He is survived by: his wife Barb of Paullina; his son Jeffrey Cullison of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Sarah Cullison of Rochester, MN, Mark Cullison of Oklahoma City, OK and Anthony Cullison of Corning, NY; his great grandchildren, Anna and Lex Cullison of Evergreen, CO; and his siblings, Ronald Cullison (Roverda) of Paullina and Linda Sue Annala (Johnny) of Casa Grande, AZ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many extended family.
