She is survived by: her husband Arlyn Van Zante of John's Lutheran Church; her family, Eric, Tari Van Zante, Daniel, Neil, Jaxon, Nichole, Harley, Jamin, Tad Van Zante (Lydia), Miranda, Maliyah, Madalyn, Melinda and Kent Vander Velden; and her siblings, Howard McDonough of Grinnell and Carolyn Hildreth of Ankeny.
Memorials may be given to Iowa Lions Eye Bank.
