He is survived by : his father Harley Crummett; his wife Cassie; his daughters, Brianna of Pella, IA and Alexis of Richardson, TX; his sisters, Cheryl Bane of Washington, IL and Cathy Mansfield (Travis) of Washington, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Reynolds (Heather) of Washington, IL, Derek Reynolds of Washington, IL and Brittanie Russell (Dan) of Germantown Hills, IL.

Contributions may be made to his family in honor of a memorial at his favorite place, Lake Red Rock, near his home in Iowa.
