He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cook and Lola Cook; his siblings, Marguerite Shinofield, Nelson Cook, Wilma Stuva and June Cook; his parents-in-law, G. R. and Minnie Van Dyk; and his siblings-in-law, Johanna Roozeboom (Henry) and Raymond Van Dyk.
He is survived by: his family, Kent, Renae, Lauren Oppenhuizen, Kyle and Paige Oppenhuizen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
