She is survived by: her sons, Jesse Lee and Jayme Lane; her grandchildren, Brayden Duinink, Courtney Fetty (John), David Herr and Cullen Smith; her sisters, Bonnie Duin (Kermit) of St. Joseph and Jayni Van Wyk (Galen) of Pella; and her in-laws, Marilyn Duinink, Glen, Patty Duinink, Carl and Connie Duinink. She is also survived by Great granddaughter: Ensly Smith Of her original family.
