He is survived by : his wife Theresa; his children, Jana and Brian Van Haaften of Pella; his grandchildren, Tiffany and Brett Maxwell; his great grandchild Adley Hope; his grandchildren, Reece, Jessica Van Haaften Pam and Eric Hyde of Des Moines; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Ezra, Sophia Brian and Christine Bruxvoort of Ypsilanti; and also, Ursula and Donovan.
