She is survived by: her son Steven C. Foulke (Cynthia) of Sarasota; her grandchildren, Stephanie VanVleet (Brandon), Christopher Foulke (Jessica) and Alayna Foulke (Clay Kern); her great grandchildren, Mason, Presley and Harper Van Vleet; and her sister-in-law Beverly Groth.
Ellie made significant contributions to the Welcome Wagon program in Fort Madison, Iowa, warmly assisting newcomers and exemplifying a spirit of neighborliness.
