He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Adolf and Vernie Koke (Krongard); and his parents-in-law, Earl and Myrna Fisher. He is survived by : his children, Michelle, Fred and Lisa; his wife Joyce Fisher; his family, Michelle Bassett (Sam), Lily V. Bassett, Fred Koke (Mari), Crosby Koke, Joey Koke (Anneliese), Lisa Naaktgeboren (Darren), Houston Naaktgeboren (Anna) and Isaac Naaktgeboren; and his sisters, Margaret Carlson of Hudson and Mary Needham (Terry) of Lake Elmo, Minnesota..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Wesley Life Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
