It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jonathan R. De Nooy (Pella, Iowa), who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nooy and Tillie De Nooy (De Vries); and his stepmother Julia (Vander Schaaf). He is survived by: his wife Peggy De Nooy (Aalbers); his stepdaughter Jessica Allen; his grandchildren, Patricia, Chris Johnson, Andrew, Elena, Stuart, Lori De Nooy, Sydney, Tyler Stracke, Brooke, Michael Schildroth, Dan, Sheri De Nooy and Anna; and his brothers, Marvin De Nooy (Ruth) of Des Moines and Kenneth De Nooy (Cheryl) of Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calvary Christian Reformed Church (408 Maple St, Pella, IA 50219). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Calvary Christian Reformed Church, LakeView Camp, or the Christian Opportunity Center.
