He is survived by: his parents, Chuck Raper and Paula Raper; his siblings, Megan Clark and Chase Raper of La Porte; his siblings' child River Baker of Pella, Iowa.; his grandparents, Becky Hurley of Deer Park, Charles and Cindy Raper of Pasadena, Texas.; and his uncles, Wade (Meredith Ross), Mark (Shannon Hancock), Jason Raper and Jeff (Dee Raper).
