He is survived by: his wife Grace Henkenius; his children, Teresa Livers (Steve), Steve Henkenius (Mona), Matt Henkenius (Stephanie), Christy Gambell (Doug) and Chuck Henkenius (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Paige Ebner, McKenna Miller (Kyle), Grant Livers, Michael Ebner, Jack Livers, Maci Anderson (Colton), Noah Henkenius, Katie Henkenius, Lindsey Henkenius, Kyle Henkenius, Ryan Henkenius, Kelsey Henkenius and Thomas Ebner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Comfort House in Pella or St. Patrick Catholic Church, Ottumwa and may be left at the church or mailed to Coburn Funeral Home, 24 W Howard St, Colfax, Iowa 50054.
