He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelis Walbeek and Wilhemina Catharina van Walbeek (van Dien); his wife Carrie Verhoef (Gerritje); his parents-in-law, Willem III and Jannetje Verhoef; his grandsons, Joseph Cornelius Van Walbeek and Lance Conner; his grandson-in-law Joseph Countryman; his siblings, Johannes Van Walbeek (Ann), Rie Verhoef (Jan), Geertje van Walbeek and Cornelia van Walbeek; his siblings-in-law, Wil van Walbeek, Jan Karsemeijer, Gerrit Griffioen, Jan Geijsel and Pete Oussoren; William Verhoef (Nellie), Harmen Verhoef (Ijda), Marretje (Kees Blokhuis), Simon Verhoef (Johanna), Jannetje (Barend), Bosch and Nell (Adriaan) of Groot.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne and Greg; and his siblings, Stiny Karsemeijer, Jan van Walbeek, Corrie Geijsel-van Walbeek (Nely), Bert van Walbeek (Adrie) and Willy Oussoren. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garden Chapel Funeral Home (1301 Main St, Pella, IA 50219). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Christian Reformed Church (215 E University St, Pella, IA 50219). A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at the Oakwood Cemetery (1308 Columbus St, Pella, IA 50219).
