She is survived by: her sons, Richard Libansky (Judith) of Bettendorf and Matthew Libansky of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Justine Williams (Cale), Kelsey Libansky (Alexis) and Riley Libansky; her great grandchildren, Cayden, Jarryd and Ever Francis; her siblings, Rick Nolan (Sharon) of Castle Rock, CO, Anita Kehoe of Dubuque and Jody Vorbrich (Lynn) of Clive, IA; and her sister-in-law Rosie Nolan of Dubuque.
