He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernard, Bernice Kramer (Koopmann), Art and Dorothy Phillips (Heisler); his aunts and uncles, Marty Kramer, Brian Arnold, Melanie Phillips and Mary Schulte (Robert); and his cousins, Sandy Schulte and Michael Steffen.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Phillips and Janice Phillips (Kramer) of Peosta; his brother Randy Phillips of Greeley; his girlfriend Michelle Cottrell of Durand, IL; his aunts and uncles, Agnes Steffen (Steve) of Peosta, Annette Arnold of Key West, Janet Phillips of Dubuque, IA, Loras Phillips of Dyersville, IA and Diann Michels (Dan) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his cousin Paula Schulte; and his pet Lucky.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Reiff Funeral Home (894 Peosta St, Peosta, IA 52068). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
