With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dallas Joseph McAtee of Perry, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dalton McAtee and Gladys Olivia Thompson; his sons, Douglas McAtee and Mark McAtee (Jeri); and his siblings, Fern Fenner, Ardis Hickey, Hazel Eldridge, Harry McAtee, Darlene Ciesielski, Donna Masteller, Marlys Fuller and Roy McAtee.
He is survived by: his wife Goldie Jane Peyton; and his children, Kevin McAtee, Julie Belgarde (Roger), Brett McAtee (Deanna) and Lynne Renfrow (Roger). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be directed to Perry Lutheran Homes in Perry, Iowa.
