She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Mowrer and Pearl Mowrer (Dorman); her husband Glenn Mace; her son-in-law Dennis Skinner; and her brothers, Floyd, Ralph and Harold Mowrer.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Mace (Shirley), Mike Mace (Bridgot) and Kathy Skinner; and her grandchildren, Emmi Miller (Mark), Joshua Skinner (Brandi), Adam Mace (Kim), Geoff Mace (Jill) of Kim Ketelsen, A. J. and Coltan Ketelsen (Heather). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren; along with very special nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fairview United Methodist Church (2162 Deer Ave, Perry, IA 50220). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family would cherish memorial contributions made to Fairview United Methodist Church, Fairview Ladies Aid or charities that honor peace and kindness to humanity.
