He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Carney and Dorothy Carney (Keller); and his brother Robert Carney. He is survived by: his wife Luella Carney of Perry; his children, Teresa Carney of Perry and Joseph Carney (Edna) of Parrish, Florida; his granddaughter Anne (Bill Wissman) of Valrico, Florida; his great grandchildren, Arlea Rose, Everly Grace and Timothy Joseph; and his sister-in-law Karen Carney of Maxwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and many friends.
