He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Beuter and Margaret Beuter; his son Patrick James Beuter; and his siblings, Robert Beuter, Thomas Beuter and Margaret Crock (Beuter).

He is survived by: his wife Loretta Beuter; his children, Bernadette Leach (Ed), Paul Beuter (Sheila) and Michele Peck (Scott); his grandchildren, Johann Leach (Katheryn Aken), Anastasia Lepe (Alejandro), Nadia Leach, Carl Beuter (Maddie), Audrey Beuter, Mitchell Peck (Ashley) and Miles Peck (Haley); his great grandchildren, Carmela Lepe, Leo Lepe and Nolan Peck; and his brothers, Barry Beuter and Nick Beuter. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
