He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fouch and Ruth Fouch (Bane). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fouch of England; his children, Lisa Blair of Diamondhead Lake, Dexter and Kelly Fouch (Jill) of College Station; his stepchildren, Gemma and Mark Dobson of England; and his sister Connie Meester (Jim) of Des Moines. He is also survived by grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
