Larry Lee Rains Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 26, 2025, at the age of 87, Larry Lee Rains of Perry, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rains and Francis Rains; his son Roger; and his sisters, Norene Anderson and Kay Sheeder.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Jensen; his sister Joni Short; his children, Dennis, Gregory and Nancy Wilson; his grandchildren, Matt, Katherine Nizzi, Joey, Toby, Acacia, Kailee and Charli; and his great grandchildren, Zuzu, Zephram Nizzi, Pepper and Grover. He is also survived by several cousins, many nieces and nephews, and numerous cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church or the Perry Area Food Pantry.
