She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward and Margie Faith Fosenburg (Stumbo); her husband Hollis Neel; her daughter Suzett; and her brother Melvin.
She is survived by: her son Craig Neel (Karla); her grandchildren, Kati, Garrett and Paige; and her siblings, John Fosenburg and Peggy Long. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Perry Food Pantry or the Presby Child Care Center in Perry.
