It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip David Conklin of Perry, Iowa, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Eugene and Helen Louise Conklin (Lambert); and his brother Douglas Ronald Conklin. He is survived by: his former wife Debra Linn Gliem; his son Bradley Allen; his stepdaughters, Sara Louise and Rachel Rene; his wife Robin Louise Long (Malone); his children, Brad Conklin, Erica Conklin (Mike), Sara Carmichael (Chris) and Rachel Long (Brian); his grandchildren, Brianna (Joey), Brandon, Zachary, Joseph, Valerie, Jenna, Nicholas, Jasmine, Delyla, William, Alyce, Liam and Greyson; his great grandchild Elias; and his sister Theresa Robison (Mike). He is also survived by aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
