He was predeceased by: his sister Ellecia Humphrey. He is survived by: his son Anthony Humphrey (Serena) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and his siblings, Bridget Humphrey of Minnesota, Cassondra Halpin of Texas, Erik Humphrey (Sarah) of Wisconsin and Michelle Humphrey of Minnesota. He is also survived by two nieces, three nephews, two great-nephews, many aunts and uncles, and a wide circle of extended family.
