Though Donna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Warren and Betty Warren (Longshore); her husband Leon Phillips; and her sister Beatrice Iiams. She is survived by: her sons, Chet Phillips of Peru and Clay Phillips of Lawton, Oklahoma..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory - Winterset Chapel (1823 N John Wayne Dr, Winterset, IA 50273). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
