Though Donna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Warren and Betty Warren (Longshore); her husband Leon Phillips; and her sister Beatrice Iiams. She is survived by: her sons, Chet Phillips of Peru and Clay Phillips of Lawton, Oklahoma..
