He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hinkel and Stella Hinkel (Androy); and his brother Russell Hinkel (Betty). He is survived by: his brother Thomas Hinkel (Laura) of Des Moines, Iowa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
