Marguerite Louise Gaede Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Louise Gaede of Plainfield, Iowa, who passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Stafford and Clara Stafford (Hundley); her husband Milton Gaede; her daughter Kimberly Tripp; and her siblings, Carl Stafford (Maxine), Harold Stafford and Irene Ohlendorf (Alfred).
She is survived by: her children, Pam Russell (Randy) of Waverly, Jack Gaede (Jayne) of Plainfield, Connie Billman (Todd) of Waverly, Leslie Gaede of Plainfield and Vickie Gaede of Nashua; her sister Annette Petersen; and her close friends, Mary Kay Aschbrenner and Caroline Henninger. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hugeback & Johnson Funeral Home - Nashua (319 Main St, Nashua, IA 50658). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Willow Lawn Cemetery (335 Main St, Plainfield, IA 50666).
