He is survived by: his sons, Jeff, Doug (Kelly), Mark (Kristi) and Steve; his grandchildren, Elvi, Paige, Nick, Matthew and Kaylee; his great grandchildren, Khloe, Bradley, Landon, Maycen, Kallon, Aubree, Isabelle and Miley; and his siblings, John, Jan, Ina and Denise.
