It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Zimmer (Pleasant Hill, Iowa), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his cousin Toni Dickey; and his grandparents, John H. Zimmer, Juanita Zimmer, Maurice Johnson and Lucille Johnson.

He is survived by : his parents, Kathy Zimmer and Larry Zimmer; his brother Steve Zimmer; his sister-in-law Tara Zimmer; his daughters, Gabriella "Gabby" Zimmer and Kinley "Kinners" Zimmer; and his nephew Eli.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pancreatic Cancer research in memory of John W. Zimmer.
