He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry "Bucky" Vaughn and Sandra "Sandy" Vaughn; and his brother Kevin R. Vaughn. He is survived by: his children, Daniella Jensen (Tony) and Tony Vaughn (Tricia); his grandchildren, Memphis, Remington Jensen, Bowen, Vera and Vianna Vaughn; his girlfriend Lori Marlenee; his brother Kelly Vaughn (Lesia); and his sibling's children, Shanna Greve and Chris Vaughn.
