He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Melvin and Josephine Angeline Spring (Williamson); his siblings, Corles Spring, Jack Woods, Vera Cave and Mary Lou Davis; and his great grandchild Ashlynn Doll.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his daughters, Jackie Nelson (Jeff), Michelle Gilbert (Terry) and Kimberly Gilbert (Larry). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and twenty-three great grandchildren.
