He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur William Steben and Lula Mae Steben (Cravey); his siblings, Lorraine Dane, Dorothy Hanish and Marvin Steben; and his son-in-law Douglas Nixon.
He is survived by: his wife Dee Ann Steben; his children, Scott Steben, Marc Steben (Melissa), Sarah Nixon and Judd (Jennifer Berkes); and his grandchildren, Zachary Steben (Amy), Joshua Steben (Jenny), Ashley Steben-Colunga (Solomon Colunga), Devin Steben-Anderson, Bethany Phillips (Eliezer), Dylan Steben, Zoey Kopp (Aryeh), Alexander Nixon, Britney Nixon, Andrew Nixon, Taylor Nixon and Evy Steben. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
