He is survived by: his children, Karen Blanchard, Glenn Stout (Stephanie) and Gary Stout (Corrine); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Powell Eckstein (Moses), Matthew (Molly), Ben Blanchard, Rebekah Blanchard, Sidney Stout, Gabe Stout, Tyler Stout and Trevor Stout; and his sisters, Helen Myers, Norma Jean Fulton and Sue Talkington Stephen.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
