With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Yvonne Bittner of Pleasant Valley, Iowa, born in El Centro, California, who passed away on March 7, 2024 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Yvonne Bittner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Angel and Irmarie Angel (King); her husband R. Richard "Dick" Bittner; and her sister Barbara Bankston. She is survived by : her children, Kimberly Montgomery (Tim) of Minneapolis, Lynn Von Schneidau of Santa Barbara, Todd Bittner of Bettendorf and Jeffrey Bittner (Sumera) of Bettendorf; and her grandchildren, Blake, Ellie, Zach, Nick, Jenna, Ashley and Ethan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kahl Home or the Davenport Salvation Army.
