He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bruce Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Carianne McCormick (Bryan Bowers) and Cody McCormick (Andrea McCormick); his sisters, Hailee (Jacob Slobodzian) and Joslynn (Dawson Schrader); his stepsiblings, Emerson, Foster and Harlow Cooley; his girlfriend Bella Ashford (Simeon Claussen); and his grandmothers, Mary Smith and Carol McCormick. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fellowship Community Church (225 North Ave, Norwalk, IA 50211). Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
