Fred Robert Sangster Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Robert Sangster of Pleasantville, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Clara Sangster (Matre) and Otto Sangster; and his daughter Molly Cornelisse (Karen Sangster). He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Sangster; his son Mike Sangster; his grandchildren, Campbell, Charlotte and Racquel Sangster; his sister Karen Watts; and his stepsons, Anthony and Troy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Fred's honor may be made to Immanuel Pathways - Central Iowa (they have given excellent care in helping, walking beside and comforting me all these years with Fred), Suncrest Hospice (recent palliative care), and the Commemorative Air Force.
