He is survived by: his mother Joan Opheim (Halstead) of Texas; his wife Becky Opheim; his daughters, Jenny (Ryan Holmes) and Jessica Fisherkrug (Jarod Reitz); his stepchildren, Robert Johnson (Anna) of Michigan, Rigo Johnson (Megan) of Des Moines, IA, Jonathan Johnson (Megan Hammen) of Adel, IA, Katelynn Biery (Trev) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Dustin Souza (Kelsey) of Cedar Rapids, IA.; his grandchildren, Chase Opheim (Morgan Fraker), Kailen Fisher-Krug (Brianna Cloudas), Braxton Holmes, RJ Holmes, Ayden Reitz, Chandler Reitz, Aubrey Reitz, Alexis Reitz, Cade Reitz, Aailiyah Reitz, Carleigh Reitz, Jace Reitz, Lincoln Johnson, Colter Biery, Briar Biery, Colby Souza and Micah Jo Souza; and his siblings, Michele Opheim of Texas and Doug Opheim (Laurie) of Minnesota.
