He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mullinix and Madonna Mullinix (Hoffey); and his siblings, Ronald Mullinix, Marsha Ingebretson, Marilee Mullinix and Gayle Mullinix.
He is survived by: his children, Josh Mullinix (Jody) of Waverly, Sarah Meyer (Nick) of Texhoma, TX, Shelby Mallard (Jeremiah) of Goodwell, OK and Tiffany Doerr of Rapid City, SD; his grandchildren, Cody Rindels, Lucas Rindels, Dawson Mullinix, Jayce Mullinix, Hunter Meyer, Hayden Meyer, KayLeigha Mullinix, Kylee Hernandez, Ethan Myers and Cameron Doerr; and his brother Mike Mullinix (Valerie) of Humboldt.
