He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Seehusen and Ruby Seehusen (Gehrt); his sister Vicki; his wife Beth De Bruin; and his grandson Nolan Ramthun.

He is survived by: his children, Sara, Chad White, Mike, Holly Seehusen, Anndee and Billy Simmons of Normal, IL; his stepchildren, Adam, Sarah Ramthun, Morgan and Matt Johnson; his brothers, David (Karen) and Duane (Mary); and his mother-in-law Ruth Lantz.
