He is survived by: his parents, Michael G. Holmes and Mary Holmes (Myers); his wife Michele Hotovec; his sons, Matthew and Mitchell; his sisters, Mindy Shaver (Jeff) and Marcie Strait (Derik); his father-in-law Mick Hotovec (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Angie Epp (Jim).
Memorials may be directed to the family to be used at a later time and checks made payable to Michele Holmes.
