He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Maust and Eunice Maust (Pickett) of Mary's Hospital; his former wife Rozella Drogemuller; his children, Mark Maust (Christy), Bonnie Davids (Greg), James Maust (Kay) and Heidi Young (Trevor); his daughter-in-law Elaine Hovelson (Kinneberg); and his brother Francis.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Barb Ristau (Wayne), Bruce Hovelson (Michell), Brian Hovelson (Denise) and Brenda Ristau (Marvin); and his wife Elaine. He is also survived by his children and step-children; 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Salvation Army, Preston Food Shelf, Preston United Methodist Church, or another charitable organization of choice.
