Janice L. Hansen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice L. Hansen of Primghar, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Janice shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Janice farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rod Krummel and Mary Jean Krummel (Bornholdt); and her husband Roger D. Hansen. She is survived by: her son Mitchel Hansen; her grandsons, Bryce of Aledo, Texas and Wyatt Hansen of Aledo, Texas; her close friend Gerald Leng; and her siblings, Gary Krummel (Deanna) of Avoca, Iowa, Sally Matthies of Walnut, Susan Wedemeyer of Atlantic and Peggy Christensen of Sioux City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (380 N Rerick Ave, Primghar, IA 51245). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
