He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Meek and Barbara Meek (Shelangoski); and his siblings, Larry Meek and JoAnn Krebs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beam of Princeton; his son Kevin Meek (Amber) of Grand Mound, Iowa; his granddaughters, Avery and Riley Meek; and his brother Don Meek (Anne) of Donahue, Iowa.
