She is survived by: her parents, Harry Evers and Karen Evers (McCalley) of Coggon; her husband Jason Jacobsen of Quasqueton; her children, Spencer Jacobsen of Woodward, Iowa and Rylie Jacobsen of Quasqueton; her sister Angie Donley (Don) of Walker; her mother-in-law Elaine Jacobsen of Estherville, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Shelaine Jacobsen of Twin Cities, Minnesota. She is also survived by extended family including special aunts and uncles, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
