He was predeceased by: his father Jerry B. Bonefas; his grandparents, Mahlon "Bud" and Callie Olsen; and his nephew Jayce Payne. He is survived by: his mother Sheila G. Bonefas (Olsen) of Quasqueton, Iowa; his daughter Maelynn Bonefas; his siblings, Jay Bonefas (Rachael) of Marion, Iowa, Shani Staley (Shawn) of Hiawatha and Cassie Bonefas of Des Moines, Iowa; his aunt Sheryl; his uncle Norm Wordehoff; his cousins, Micki Wordehoff and Jacki Tentinger; and his close friend Dotti Pates. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
