He was predeceased by: his father Herman Maas. He is survived by: his mother Dixie Maas of Cedar Rapids, IA; his children, Amber Maas (Jodi Schmidt) of Marion, IA and Andrew Maas (Halley) of Winthrop, IA; his grandchildren, Carson Schmidt, Adalyn, Brooklyn and Claire Maas; and his sister Deana Neimeier (Stan) of Walker, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Reiff Family Center - Independence (216 3rd Ave SE, Independence, IA 50644). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
