As Merlin departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Merlin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Merlin leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Partch of Gunnison, Colorado.; his parents, Walter and Beulah; his brother Arlan Eller; and his daughter-in-law Laura Eller.
He is survived by: his sons, Kent Eller (Monica) of Indianapolis, IN, Kirk Eller (Lynelle) of Cedar City, UT, Kory Eller of Spain and Kyle Eller (Toni) of Muscatine, IA.; his brothers, Gaylen Eller (Barb) of Waukee, IA and Renny Eller (Jeanne) of Urbandale, IA; and his sister-in-law Darlys Eller of Ames, IA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, extended family; and a wide circle of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Faith Evangelical Church (26902 Cty Hwy S27, Radcliffe, IA 50230). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
